Juror of Awards: Howard Friedland OPA
OPA is pleased to announce that the Eastern Regional Exhibition will be hosted by Anderson Fine Art Gallery, located in St. Simons Island, Georgia, from November 17 through December 16, 2017. Anderson Fine Art Gallery is hosting an opening reception and awards ceremony on Friday, November 17, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for artists, friends, press and the public with the awards presentation at 7:30 p.m. Associate and Signature member entries canvas size may not exceed 480 square inches. OPA is pleased to have Signature artist Howard Friedland serve as this year's Juror of Awards
One of four islands that comprise the Golden Isles of Georgia, St. Simons Island is a lovely vacation spot and inviting location to paint, boasting beautiful beaches, Southern Oaks, draped with Spanish moss, antebellum plantations, Fort Frederica National Monument and the St. Simons Island Lighthouse.
