Anne is teaming up with Meyer Vogl Gallery to bring you this fun and informative three-day plein air workshop. Painting will take place outdoors along the streets of historic Charleston, on docks overlooking boat-filled creeks, and more.
In this workshop, you will learn practical, approachable methods to use as a springboard for fearless plein air painting. We will discuss and employ foundational concepts daily while infusing your repertoire with new and fresh ways to approach painting on location.
Daily exercises will break you free from fussy detail. You will learn confident paint application while gaining the skills to edit your subject to create the most impact.
Anne will demonstrate daily with focus on balancing academics with personal expression. You will learn to create solid paintings that reflect your individual style.

This workshop is for the painter who knows their way around the palette and seeks to further their creative voice. You will learn to create dynamic interior compositions full of movement, energy, and life.
